Celebrating Ludlow's Sparkle - Love Ludlow
In this strange year, Ludlow's Christmas Lights are more magical than usual. Fairy dust has been sprinkled generously to bring Ludlow's lights to life.
Join us online at www.ludlow.gov.uk on Saturday 28th November at 5pm to see the Ludlow's delightful fairy at work greeting our town centre shopkeepers as she turns on Ludlow's lights.
Ludlow Town Council's thanks goes to all involved especially five year old Rosa Morgan and her mum Katy who made filming a pleasure for everyone. Members of the Chamber of Trade including Florabunda, Bodenhams, Silver Pear, Poyners, Chocolate Gourmet, Eclectica, Douglas Attire, the Wool Shop and Corve Street Emporium all turned out on a cold evening with warm smiles for Ludlow's sparkly fairy filmed by Lush Films and their production team.
Tom & Miche from Lush Films said, “This project has been an absolute joy to work on. It has reminded us why we love making films as a business, bringing the best creative minds together in ludlow, sprinkling a little Christmas magic and helping us all to feel a part of something that is for the greater benefit of everyone in Ludlow.
It is for this reason why we are have asked Ludlow Town Council to donate our production fee to a local charity, hopefully this will touch the hearts of the people in Ludlow, and remind everyone why we all love our town. “
Mayor of Ludlow, Tim Gill said, 'We hope you enjoy watching the short video as much as we enjoyed taking part in it. Ludlow has a great market and excellent independent shops, cafes, pubs and businesses. Please support your local business this festive season. Remember to watch online at www.ludlow.gov.uk at 5pm on Saturday 28 November.'
