Staffing Committee Minutes
The Staffing and Appeals Committee duties include staff disciplinary and grievance matters; staff work/life balance, working conditions, well-being, absence and retirement issues. To periodically monitor and consult with the Town Clerk on the staffing structure and to facilitate the recruitment process of Council employees.
